Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities through corporate organizations, government agencies, religious bodies, and other strategic partners.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and setting clear performance expectations.
- Develop and execute a sales-driven business plan that ensures continuous customer acquisition and increased market share.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement business development programs and partnerships to generate consistent sales and enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates through targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop a compelling go-to-market strategy that maximizes revenue opportunities.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 / 5 years experience with a proven track record in sales generation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills to secure high-value partnerships and contracts.
- Ability to identify high-potential sales opportunities and leverage partnerships for increased profitability.
