Responsibilities
Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country
Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Establishing monthly and annual quotas for the team and implementing marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls,
Recruit , develop and manage sales team.
Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales.
Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.
Minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Distribution
Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
Must presently be a Sales Manager or equivalent position.
