Job Summary




  • We are looking for highly skilled people with deep industry/consumer knowledge and experience to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.



 Responsibilities




  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

  • Ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.

  • Establishing monthly and annual quotas for the team and implementing marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls,

  • Recruit , develop and manage sales team.

  • Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales.

  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.



Qualifications




  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Distribution

  • Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.

  • Must presently be a Sales Manager or equivalent position.
