Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for TV and Radio advertising.


• Market and sell advertising airtime, sponsorships, and promotional packages.


• Maintain relationships with existing clients and advertising agencies.


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.


• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Develop creative advertising solutions for clients.


• Work closely with the Programming, Traffic, and Accounts Departments to ensure smooth execution of adverts.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3–5 years marketing or advertising sales experience, preferably in media, broadcasting, or advertising agencies.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Good knowledge of media advertising, sponsorships, and brand promotions.


• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.


• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
