Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients

Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Acquiring and updating knowledge of competitors' products and services, and market conditions
Making sales pitches at demonstrations or conference events to persuade the audience
Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge to explain features and answer questions about our products and service.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in a sales role.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets, preferably within the SaaS industry or a related field.
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products
