Responsibilities




  • Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations.

  • Inventory Control: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing supplies.

  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and kitchen supplies.

  • Staff Coordination: Support and assist kitchen staff in ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food items are prepared according to recipe specifications and meet quality standards.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with local healthand safety regulations.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the condition of kitchen equipment.

  • Communication: Act as the liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

  • Waste Management: Ensure that food wastage is minimized.

  • Event Support: Assist in coordinating and organizing kitchen activities for special events.



Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment with a background in kitchen operations and coordination.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to supervise and coordinate a team

  • Basic culinary skills are a plus

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays are needed

  • Live in Lekki, Lagos Axis. (Do not apply if you live outside Lekki)

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
