Ultrahire is recruiting on behalf of its client, a dynamic and fast-growing real estate development company based in Wuse II, Abuja. We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Real Estate) to lead the company’s operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee projects from development to delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate development, construction project managementproperty management, and business leadership.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate assets.

  • Oversee property management functions including leasing, facility maintenance, tenant relations, and occupancy optimization

  • Provide strategic oversight for all real estate development projects from planning through execution and delivery.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including construction, design, procurement, and property management.

  • Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget targets are consistently met.

  • Oversee daily operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and progress.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset performance, tenant satisfaction, and investment returns.

  • Oversee property management activities including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and facilities management.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, conduct risk assessments, and report on performance and profitability.



Requirements:




  • 7+ years of experience in real estate management, development, or investment, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale real estate projects from concept to completion.

  • Strong understanding of property management, construction, urban planning, and investment strategy.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive profitability and growth.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
