Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented NYSC Corps Member to serve in a Managerial Role at our workshop. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to help oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and coordinate between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the workshop manager in coordinating daily operations.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of customer vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, customer feedback, and technician performance.
- Assist in managing inventory, parts ordering, and stock control.
- Help improve workflow, customer service experience, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
- Communicate with customers professionally regarding job status and inquiries.
- Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member in Abuja.
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in management softwares
- Interest in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
