Lead and manage a team of 10 insurance sales executives to achieve objectives.
Responsible for motivating their team, developing strategies to expand market share, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements.
Manage risks, monitor team performance, and build relationships with stakeholders
Ensure sales achievement across allRetail Products.
Develop, implement and maintain the internal and external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organisation's profit potential.
Development and preparation of sales presentations and proposals for corporations, Unions, Cooperative Societies, Associations, etc.
Resolving customer complaints promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
