Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
- Register patients accurately and manage patient records in line with medical and administrative protocols.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical departments as needed.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling patient information.
- Support billing and payment processes in collaboration with the finance team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HND/BSC in Health Information Management or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Good knowledge of patient data management and hospital information systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
- High level of discretion, empathy, and attention to detail.
