Main Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:
- According to the company annual sales target, formulate sales plan and strategy for the regional market.
- Analyze market trends,competitors dynamics and customers needs,and propose targeted sales strategy adjustment.
Key Account Development and Management:
- Responsible for the development of key customers in the region(Eg enterprises governmetal organization,Etc) and establish long-term cooperative Relationships.
- Maintain key customer relationships,visit customers regularly, understand customer needs and provide and provide solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Above,Majority in marketing,Business Management, New Energy Related Majors is preferred
- 5 years of sales Experience,including At least 3 years of experience in new Energy industry or related feild team mangement experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, megotiation skills and customer management skills.
- Strong market analysis ability and sales strategy development ability.
- Proficent in the use of office software (E.g Wpord.Excel,Ppt,Etc) and Crm system.
- Leadership skills, able to motivate Team members and drive goal achivement.
- Result oriented,with strong stress resistance and problem solving Ability.
