As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing and growth strategies across all digital and offline channels.
You'll own the full customer acquisition funnel—from awareness to conversion—and optimize lifecycle marketing to boost retention and LTV.
You will work closely with product, operations, content, and leadership teams to scale growth initiatives in a data-driven, creative, and sustainable way.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business goals (customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth).
Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, email, SEO, partnerships, etc.).
Own KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer churn.
Manage the marketing/growth team and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers.
Run experiments and A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, messaging, and funnel optimization.
Use analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to gain insights and inform growth strategies.
Collaborate with content, product, and ops to align messaging and improve customer journey touchpoints.
Identify new acquisition channels and growth levers (e.g., referral programs, influencer marketing, partnerships).
Build and manage the growth budget and report regularly on performance and ROI.
Stay on top of travel industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and customer behavior insights.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 7 years of experience.
