Role Summary




  • As a People Operations Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our People & Culture team—keeping things organized, efficient, and employee-focused. 

  • From onboarding new hires to maintaining HR systems and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our people thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for employees

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and documentation

  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries

  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications

  • Schedule interviews and support the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

  • Assist in payroll preparation and timesheet collection

  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team
