As a People Operations Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our People & Culture team—keeping things organized, efficient, and employee-focused.
From onboarding new hires to maintaining HR systems and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our people thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for employees
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and documentation
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications
Schedule interviews and support the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Assist in payroll preparation and timesheet collection
Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team
