Job Overview




  • We are looking for a results-oriented and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth for our finance company. 

  • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering customized financial solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as lead point of contact for all customer-related matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit

  • Prepare reports on sales and communicate progress of initiatives

  • Develop new business with existing clients to meet sales quotas

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales and annual forecasts)

  • Identify areas of improvement for client satisfaction and revenue growth



Requirements




  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing in financial services

  • Basic understanding of financial products (loans, credit, investment services)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented with multitasking ability

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Certification from any recognized professional body.

  • Problem-solving skills and financial acumen.
