We are looking for a results-oriented and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth for our finance company.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering customized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead point of contact for all customer-related matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
Prepare reports on sales and communicate progress of initiatives
Develop new business with existing clients to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales and annual forecasts)
Identify areas of improvement for client satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements
HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing in financial services
Basic understanding of financial products (loans, credit, investment services)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented with multitasking ability
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
Certification from any recognized professional body.
