  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Business Development, Sales & Investment Advisory in the real estate and property construction industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and possess the necessary educational qualifications to excel in this role.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and investment opportunities in the real estate sector.

  • Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

  • Provide expert investment advisory services to clients, offering insights and recommendations on property investment opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks and opportunities in the real estate market.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and construction, to align business development strategies with organizational goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, financial institutions, and government agencies.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, investment reports, and financial analyses to clients and senior management.

  • Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.

  • Lead negotiations, contract drafting, and deal structuring processes to ensure favorable outcomes for the company and its clients.

  • Monitor and track sales performance, investment portfolios, and market trends to assess effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and investment advisory roles within the real estate and property construction industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing successful business strategies, and closing high-value deals.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and financial analysis techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients, investors, and internal teams effectively.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive performance towards business objectives.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, financial modeling tools, and market research resources to support decision-making and business development efforts.
