We are looking for reliable Office Assistant who will be assisting th Operation Manager with performing admin, routine clerical and digital operations tasks and errands from our Yaba, Lagos office.

Do note that this role is for individuals with minimum of an SSCE / NECO, NCE, Diploma Certificate or OND qualifications (No Higher Qualification should apply. Take note)
Responsibilities
Fully trained by Operations Manager on specific operation tasks to handle
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations
Perform on-boarding Admin tasks as instructed by Operations Manager
Implement digital postings of listings on assigned digital platforms daily
Perform other assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly
Coordinate with our Logistics Drivers to ensure prompt deliveries of clients' items and requests
Requirements
Strictly minimum of an SSCE / NECO, Diploma Certificate or OND Holder in term of academic qualification (Higher qualification will not be considered)
Attention to details
Experience as an Office Assistant will be an advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Ensure phone is always in good condition for easy communication, work operations and regular reportage - no excuses
Must reside in Lagos only (PREFERABLY - Surulere, Yaba, Jibowu, Fadeyi, Gbagada, Ketu, Bariga, Anthony, Ilupeju, Obanikoro and surrounding axis
Good and effective communication skills (Speaking, Listening & Writing).
