Job Purpose




  • The Senior Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving growth at CE Power. This position bridges technical knowledge with customer needs, leading business development efforts while ensuring client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities




  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients by understanding and addressing their unique needs.

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical insight during client engagements, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and incorporate feedback into strategic planning.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including management and engineering—to deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 50% of time) to visit clients and prospects.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in technical sales, ideally within the power generation or broader energy sector.

  • Strong understanding of Nigeria's industrial landscape and client dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Competence in dealing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
