- As the Finance Team Lead, you will be a strategic partner to the Management Team, driving impactful financial strategies that support customer projects and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders. You will lead a dynamic finance community, ensuring the integrity of financial records while championing continuous improvement in forecasting processes.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Act as a trusted partner to the sub-regional and country Management Team, leading the local Finance community.
- Support customer projects during the bidding phase with a strong financial and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Serve as the interface to various stakeholders, including project execution, corporate functions, and sales.
- Ensure the integrity of financial records and maintain an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System.
- Oversee the internal forecasting process with a focus on continuous improvement and escalation of critical financial topics.
- Act as a coach to identify, develop, and retain talent within the Finance team.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or commercial project management.
- Understanding of commercial and/or controlling processes in at least one business area.
- Alignment with Siemens Energy’s leadership essentials.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural team.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of mentorship and talent development within the Finance team.
