Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Applications Management:
- Configure, administer, and customize Zoho One applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.) to align with business needs.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows within Zoho applications to improve productivity.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings across Zoho platforms.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications and new features.
Business Process Automation & Integration:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Zoho Creator, Microsoft Power Apps, and other low-code automation platforms.
- Automate manual business processes and integrate Zoho with third-party systems and APIs.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation using Deluge scripting (Zoho), MS-Power Automate, and other workflow tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors through automation.
- Develop integrations between Zoho, M365, and other third-party applications using APIs and automation tools.
System Administration & Support:
- Monitor and troubleshoot Zoho applications and integrations to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Manage data migration, system upgrades, and backups for Zoho applications.
- Monitor and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft intune, Power apps, OneDrive etc.
- Provide technical support for Zoho and M365 users, addressing system issues and resolving IT-related inquiries.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Zoho application administration, customization, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code automation tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho ecosystem tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, or other automation technologies.
- Previous experience in ERP or business process automation.
