About the Role
- As our IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring our IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient.
- You’ll work closely with all departments to provide excellent support, maintain documentation, and contribute to ongoing IT improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, printers, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and upgrades
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff from a tech perspective
- Collaborate with external vendors when necessary
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and basic networking
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
