Marketing of Private Banking investment portfolio/services to meet clients’ needs
Understand the competition & formulate counter strategy to safeguard the Banks position and win new business. • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective HNI clients. • Win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships • Initiate structure of investment to meet client’s needs. • Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing accounts. • Ensure zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts. • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head of Hub/GH • As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Academic Qualification: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably business-related (Minimum of B.Sc. Second-Class Lower / HND Upper Credit)
Prior Banking experience in a market facing role with minimum of 3-7years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial statements and credit risk
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
