Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/Admin Officer to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client records and scheduling appointments
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with billing and payment processing
Requirements
- OND or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 year's experience as a front desk /admin officer is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
- Must reside in very close proximity to lekki phase 1
- females preferred for gender balance

What We Offer
- Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 per month
