Job Summary



We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/Admin Officer to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage client records and scheduling appointments

  • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Assist with billing and payment processing



Requirements




  • OND or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field

  • Minimum 1-2 year's experience as a front desk /admin officer is required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software

  • Must reside in very close proximity to lekki phase 1

  • females preferred for gender balance

What We Offer




  • Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 per month
