Responsible for selling company’s services and meeting customer’s needs. Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making purchase.
Also serve as the point of contact between the Business and its prospects/clients, identify and educate prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our services.
Key Responsibilities
Generating Leads.
Sell the Company’s Enterprise products and services.
Develop and maintain positive business/customer relationship and after sales service.
Achieve sales targets within schedule timeline.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports as well as sales presentations.
Ensure there is no communication gap with clients and maintain adequate support.
Onboard new ISPs and follow up with them for daily target.
Give competitive and market intelligence
Work with various internal employees for inter-departmental synergy.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone, social medium and via email
Gathering and documenting customer information for sales conversion (Pipeline)
Keep an updated list of prospects/customer base
Requirements
The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.
