Job Summary




  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across multiple platforms, while also designing visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity.

Job Responsibilities




  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create and schedule engaging content to drive brand awareness and user engagement

  • Design visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, and daily posts

  • Monitor trends, insights, and performance analytics to optimize content strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging

  • Respond to followers and build community engagement in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and design trends.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

  • Proven experience managing professional social media pages

  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling tools, and social media metrics.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Prior experience in a similar role within a creative or media-related industry

  • Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus

  • Knowledge of SEO and paid social strategies is an advantage

  • Proximity to the location is an added advantage.
