Key Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Record and reconcile sales transactions.
Process invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
Maintain and update customer and sales records.
Generate salesreports.
Collaborate with teams for sales target and operational efficiency.
Ensure excellent customer service to drive repeat business.
Sell products and services to both companies and individual customers.
Find new customers through phone calls, emails, visits, and online channels
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field with 2-4 years experience.
Proven experience as a sales officer or sales executive.
Familiar withB2B and B2C .
Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling financial transactions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
