Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote VBank’s products and services.
- Oversee and optimize the bank’s online presence, including the website, mobile app, and social media platforms.
- Use analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach and website rankings.
- Work with the content team to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
Requirements
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Content creation skills (a plus).
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in digital banking and financial services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial or tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
