Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national courier operations strategies aligned with overall business 


• objectives, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.  


• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven 


• solutions to optimize processes. 


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. 


• Develop and manage budgets for operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and performance against targets. 


• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance. 


• Manage the resources available on site, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or any related field


• MBA with relevant professional qualifications 


• 15 years proven work experience in courier operations, logistics management, or a related field, with a track record of success.


• Must understand National distribution


• Must be sound in operations management


• Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges effectively.


• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skill
