Job Summary
- The Direct Sales Agent (Embedded Finance) will be responsible for driving the adoption of SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions by directly engaging with businesses across Africa. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting our solutions, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of financial products and a passion for helping businesses grow.
Job Details
Sales Execution:
- Identify and prospect potential clients for SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the embedded finance space.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the Sales Manager.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working in or with African markets is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
