The Corporate Communications Executive is responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves managing public relations activities, crafting compelling narratives, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing the organization's reputation across all stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Experience working with media, PR agencies, and crisis communication is a plus.
Responsibility
Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance public awareness and promote the company’s image.
Draft press releases, media kits, and statements.
Build and maintain relationships with media houses and journalists.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception.
Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
Support leadership with messaging that ensures alignment with company values and culture.
Assist in planning internal events, town halls, and staff engagement initiatives.
Manage content development for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
Oversee visual and written brand content to maintain consistency and engagement.
Monitor online sentiment and trends to adjust digital strategies accordingly.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Develop talking points, speeches, and presentations for executives.
Support crisis communication efforts and provide strategic recommendations.
Coordinate communications with key stakeholders including customers, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Assist in preparing communication materials for corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
