Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily routing check/visit to Agents/Merchants in their various locations within the defined territory
- Drive transaction counts and Volume for all our products and services at Agent locations
- Onboard quality Agents, Acquire top Merchants, Issuance of POS to drive transaction count and volume
- Reactivate and or retrieve dormant POS within your business territory
- Provide market feedback from Agents/ Merchants and bench-marking what competition is offering for business growth.
Requirement
- A first degree in any discipline.
- At least 2-4years’ Sales experience in e-Business and/or financial service.
- Not more than 35 years
- Prior experience in sales role in a startup company preferably with a background in financial services product will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to drive sales process, develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Relevant exposure in financial services, FINTECH/Tech start up, partner management/business development and B2B, B2G & B2C marketing with focus on understanding the wants and needs of consumers in the financial services and e-payments industry.
- Relevant working experience in any of the states within the region.
