POSITION SUMMARY:
- We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function across a diversified group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational development, succession planning, performance management, training and development, and compensation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead the implementation of a cohesive HR strategy across all group companies.
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide HR leadership and support to subsidiary HR teams, ensuring consistency in policy and culture.
- Design and lead group-wide Learning and Development strategies focused on upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development.
- Develop training programs that support career development, technical expertise, and soft skills across all levels.
- Identify learning needs through skills gap analysis and implement tailored learning paths.
- Promote a learning culture and encourage knowledge-sharing across subsidiaries.
- Introduce and manage digital learning platforms (LMS) and partnerships with external training providers.
- Oversee the recruitment, retention, and development of high-performing talent across all business units.
- Drive succession planning and build leadership pipelines for key positions.
- Implement competency frameworks and career progression models.
- Lead the implementation of robust performance management systems across the group.
- Ensure alignment of individual goals with business objectives through KPIs and performance reviews.
- Facilitate organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
- Standardize HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks across the group.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health and safety standards, and employment regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate employee-related risks.
- Oversee implementation and management of HR systems and digital tools.
- Leverage HR analytics and reporting to drive decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a group or multi-company environment.
- Proven experience in aligning HR strategy with business goals across diverse industries or regions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR technology, and modern people practices.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Change management and organizational design experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
