Role Summary
- We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly connected Event & Partnership Lead to take our brand presence to the next level.
- You’ll be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing impactful events while also forging strategic partnerships that elevate our brand and drive growth.
- From exclusive launch events and pop-ups to collaborations with like-minded brands, you’ll be the driving force behind experiences that inspire people to explore the world with us.
Key Responsibilities
Events:
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, from concept to completion (e.g., brand activations, client gatherings, launch parties, trade shows, influencer trips).
- Own the end-to-end event logistics including budget management, vendor relations, venue selection, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to align event goals with company objectives.
- Measure and analyze event performance, producing insights and recommendations for future activations.
Partnerships:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, travel companies, tourism boards, influencers, and cultural institutions.
- Develop co-branded campaigns and experiences that bring mutual value and expand our reach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to activate partnerships across all channels.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years experience in event planning, experiential marketing, partnerships, or related roles (ideally in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors).
- Strong network of relevant brand and vendor contacts.
- Creative thinker with a flair for design, storytelling, and customer experience.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for travel and cultural exploration.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM and event tools (e.g., Hubspot, Splash, Cvent).
- Background in influencer marketing or social media collaborations.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in event planning or travel.
