Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Handle product inquiries, complaints, and feedback with tact and empathy.
Resolve customer issues, process orders, and provide relevant information.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with retail and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering world-class customer service.
Requirements
Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant field.
At least 1–2 years experience in customer service or related role.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
