Key Responsibilities




  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

  • Handle product inquiries, complaints, and feedback with tact and empathy.

  • Resolve customer issues, process orders, and provide relevant information.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with retail and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering world-class customer service.



Requirements




  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant field.

  • At least 1–2 years experience in customer service or related role.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.

  • Passion for beauty and cosmetics is a plus!.
