Objective & Summary




  • We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our Finance Department. This role offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate must have a background in finance or accounting.



Requirements



Key Responsibilities & Duties




  • Help with data entry, invoice processing, and documentation.

  • Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure accurate financial operations.

  • Learn and use financial software tools for daily tasks.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and statements.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.



Educational Qualification:




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.



Experience:




  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC experience is acceptable).



Technical & Personal Requirements:




  • Must be able to work comfortably with digital tools.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of financial systems.

  • Good analytical and numerical skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively.
