The Spare Part Store Officer is responsible for overseeing and supervising the inventory of spare parts by ensuring availability and ensure machinery efficiency, minimize downtime, and control maintenance costs.
Responsibilities
Monitor and control spare parts inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages
Conduct regular stock verification and ensure accurate updates in the ERP system
Implement FIFO, proper storage conditions, and maintain quality of stock
Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers for timely and quality delivery
Analyze consumption data, forecast requirements, and prepare regular inventory and cost reports
Drive continuous improvement by ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
