Job Summary




  • We are seeking to hire an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead their sanitary ware sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are met across all relevant markets. 

  • This role requires a deep understanding of the sanitary ware industry and strong leadership capabilities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve company targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and developers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up on inquiries and orders.

  • Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes.



Qualifications and Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in the building materials or sanitary ware industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong network within the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
