About the Role
- We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the revitalization, development, and launch of a software product that was previously paused.
- This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master.
- You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, aligning development with business goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management:
- Reassess and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to guide product decisions. - Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
Product Ownership:
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and visible.
- Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Make informed decisions about product scope and priorities based on value, effort, and risk.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and ensure the development team remains focused and productive.
- Promote agile best practices and coach the team on Scrum methodology.
- Ensure continuous improvement in team performance and delivery.
Qualifications
- A university graduate. - 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with SaaS or software products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Zoho, Amplitude, Mixpanel
- Technical background or familiarity with software development is a strong advantage.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working on products that were revived after a pause.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
