Job Summary




  • We are looking for a Female Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our group managing director.

  • Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.



Responsibilities




  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf

  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings

  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

  • Take minutes during meetings

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system



Requirements and Skills




  • Interested applicants must be a BSc, HND holder with NYSC discharge certificate or exclusion letter and a Female.

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Skilled in the use of standard office equipment (e.g. Computer, copiers, business telephone systems, projectors, fax machines etc)
