We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel related products/services, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others plan their trips, and the ability to close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to travel-related inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Recommend and sell travel products and services based on client needs and preferences.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales and build long-term relationships.
Process bookings, payments, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and transactions.
Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
Bsc/HND Certification.
2–5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and travel booking platforms
