Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with client organizations to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality recruitment services.
- Present qualified candidates and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Sourcing and Selection:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support negotiation and offer processes.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to advise clients on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
- Stay updated with labor market trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring and high-volume recruitment needs.
Process Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, client SLAs, and data protection regulations.
Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent mapping.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to assess technical and behavioural competencies of candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Educational / Professional Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies, ATS platforms, and interview management tools.
- Experience sourcing candidates across various functions and industries.
