Responsibilities




  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems and applications.

  • Assist with password resets and account unlocks.

  • Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support or other relevant teams.

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees regarding IT setups.

  • Participate in regular training and skill development.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 2 - 3 years of experience

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows).

  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Prior experience in a help desk or support role is a plus, but not always required.
