SUMMARY:

It is a value-driven company offering tailored business consulting, third-party management, expansion services, and market entry strategies across Africa. Currently, it is in a season of reinvention, and we are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to lead and transform her revenue and market expansion efforts.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday
SALARY: Negotiable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a growth strategyfocused on clientacquisition and revenuegeneration.
- Identify high-potential sectors for businessconsulting and third-party management services across Nigeria and West Africa.
- Build and manage a new BusinessDevelopment unit from the groundup, including hiring, training, and leadership.
- Craft and present compelling business proposals, conceptnotes, and pitch decks.
- Engage directlywith CEOs, founders, investors, and decision-makers to initiate and close deals.
- Lead marketresearch efforts to identify trends,customer needs, and opportunities for value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure clientdelivery, satisfaction, and retention.
- Represent companyat strategic businessmeetings, industry events,and conferences.
- Set and meet aggressive performance targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
RESQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevantexperience in business development, sales,consulting, or entrepreneurship.
- Proven Entrepreneur – with strong business-building and market-penetration experience.
- Demonstrated abilityto grow client base and convert high-value opportunities.
- Strong knowledgeof Nigerian and West Africanmarkets, B2B/B2G/B2C landscapes.
- Excellent proposalwriting, pitch development, and storytelling skills.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-starter, relentless executor, and deeplycommitted to results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
