  • He is to provide high-level administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the Group Managing Director. This is with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information, often acting as a representative for the individual they support. 



The Responsibilities include the followings:



Administrative and Support:



Managing schedules and appointments:




  • This includes coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other commitments, often involving complex logistics. 



Handling correspondence and communication:




  • Drafting emails, memos, and reports, and managing a high volume of communication on behalf of the executive. 



Project management:




  • Leading or assisting with the implementation of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. 



Meeting preparation and coordination:




  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth execution of meetings. 



Information management:




  • Maintaining databases, organizing files, and retrieving information as needed. 



Strategic and Support:. 



Policy and strategy support:




  • Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and strategies. 



Liaison and communication:




  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating on behalf of the executive. 



Problem-solving and decision-making support:




  • Identifying and addressing problems, recommending solutions, and supporting the executive in making decisions.

Organizational skills:




  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. 



Communication skills:




  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Technical skills:
