About the Role
- We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and optimize marketing efforts across two fashion brands. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer who can effectively run paid ads, lead social media, create content, manage email marketing, update the website, and explore growth opportunities.
- Success in this role is measured by one thing: sales growth. If revenue isn’t increasing, you will be expected to pivot, optimize, and find solutions.
- This is an on-site, full-time role (Monday–Friday) where you will split your time between two brands, ensuring both reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Manage ad spend efficiently to maximize ROAS (return on ad spend) and drive direct conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve performance.
- Identify and implement new growth strategies for customer acquisition.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Lead and execute social media strategy for both brands across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Develop high-performing photo and video content that aligns with each brand’s identity.
- Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve organic reach and sales impact.
- Stay ahead of fashion and digital trends, ensuring each brand remains relevant and competitive.
Email Marketing & Website Management
- Write and schedule email campaigns to engage customers, announce new launches, and drive conversions.
- Oversee email marketing funnels, optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and sales.
- Update and maintain website content (product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, and promotions).
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and conversion rates.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and secure partnerships, boutique placements, and collaborations to grow both brands’ distribution.
- Build relationships with influencers, stylists, and strategic brand partners to drive sales and visibility.
- Develop and manage wholesale and retail expansion strategies.
Retargeting & Customer Retention
- Implement and optimize retargeting ad campaigns to convert abandoned carts and re-engage past customers.
- Manage email and SMS marketing strategies to increase repeat purchases and build brand loyalty.
- Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance for both brands.
- Provide actionable insights based on ad spend, engagement metrics, and revenue growth.
- Continuously optimize marketing efforts to ensure sustained business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Fashion or eCommerce experience is highly preferred, but not required.
