• JOB DESCRIPTION


• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages with creativity and precision.


• Design and update drink menus based on trends, seasonality, and customer preferences.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.


• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure excellent customer service.


• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of all bar ingredients and supplies.


• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and check customer identification when necessary.


• Keep accurate records of inventory, restock bar supplies, and inform management of shortages.


• Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to create food and drink pairings or special promotions.
