Key Responsibilities
- Depth understanding of spare parts for machinery/equipment, including specifications and compatibility.
- Technical Sales & Product Demonstrations, Boiler, Boiler chemicals & Spares parts preferred.
- Specialized in selling spare parts and services to existing customers to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle.

Business Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute the business strategy for Boiler, Boiler Spares, boiler chemicals Revamp/Retrofit solutions waste heat recovery solution.
- Expand customer base, penetrate new markets, and explore untapped opportunities.
- Drive key initiatives for upselling, cross-selling, and offering total lifecycle solutions to customers.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Act as representative Service in strategic customer interactions and negotiations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and influencers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and customized service offerings.
Order Booking & ABP Ownership:
- Own the regional OB and ABP for the Boiler Spares and Revamp/Retrofit business.
- Ensure consistent achievement of revenue, order booking, and collection targets as defined in the business plan.
- Monitor and control operational activities to align with strategic objectives and budgetary guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with OEM, Proposal, Execution, Service, Supply Chain, and Execution teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
