Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Development & Project Implementation:
- Follow the end-to-end (E2E) process of regional customer relationship development and project implementation.
- Ensure the achievement of market targets, sales targets, and collection targets while improving customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Building Capability:
- Build and strengthen relationships with mid- and senior-level executives.
- Successfully establish exclusive customer relationships and influence decision-making chains.
- Guide and assist in handling negative events with customers in a professional manner to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Customer Requirement Understanding:
- Gain deep insights into customer pain points and requirements.
- Effectively present tailored solutions, influencing customer decision-making and guiding them towards purchasing Huawei’s offerings.
Corporate Strategy Execution Capability:
- Undertake regional strategic objectives and develop specific strategies based on comprehensive market analysis (industry, customer, competition, Huawei, and opportunities).
- Lead the formulation of comprehensive enterprise accounts strategy, bidding project developments for enterprise products.
- Drive project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively implement these strategies to meet business goals and enhance the company’s position in the market.
Team Building Capabilities:
- Lead and organize team-building activities, ensuring organizational stability and creating high-performance teams.
- Maintain a motivating environment to encourage collaboration and improve team effectiveness.
Requirements:
Sales Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in enterprise hardware products, with a strong customer network in the Finance & Fintech.
- Understand the products and solutions of major ICT vendors, such as network, storage, and servers.
- Proven track record in sales and relationship-building with large enterprise clients.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Ability to build and improve relationships with mid- and high-level executives.
- Skilled in establishing exclusive customer relationships and influencing decision-making processes.
- Experience handling negative events and managing customer concerns to safeguard business relationships.
Project Operation Capability:
- Ability to lead projects independently and manage most project expansion tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all customer expectations are met.
Solution Matching & Understanding Customer Requirements:
- Ability to understand customer requirements in depth, identifying how Huawei's solutions fit within their business scenarios.
- Provide expert guidance to help customers solve problems and achieve business success using Huawei’s solutions.
Communication and Negotiation Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to effectively present solutions, align expectations, and close deals.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
- Be familiar with the carrier and ICT market
- 3 years of experience in ICT products and hardware.
- Proven track record in project management, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
- Understand the products and solutions of major ICT vendors, such as network, storage, and servers and be able to communicate with CXOs.
- Certification of mainstream vendors, such as Huawei, Cisco, and Dell/EMC, is preferred.
