Job Summary




  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals for our properties. 

  • This role involves proactive prospecting, managing leads, conducting site inspections, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.



Responsibilities




  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.

  • Support in the design and implementation of strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

  • Support the BDM to coordinate property closings, signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

  • Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.

  • Updating the clients weekly.

  • Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

  • Report to the Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and Chairman.



Requirements




  • A degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in real property sales or a similar sales role (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, goal-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
