The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals for our properties.
This role involves proactive prospecting, managing leads, conducting site inspections, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Support in the design and implementation of strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Support the BDM to coordinate property closings, signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
Updating the clients weekly.
Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Report to the Business Development Manager (BDM)
Perform other duties as assigned by the MD and Chairman.
Requirements
A degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
Proven experience in real property sales or a similar sales role (2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, goal-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
