Role Summary

• We are on the lookout for self-driven, experienced sales professionals to join our team as Beauty Sales Reps.


• As a sales rep, you’ll promote and sell Dekina Beauty products within your network, online or offline. 


• You work independently and on your own time and you earn based on your performance.

What You’ll Do

• Promote and sell Dekina Beauty products in-person and online


• Educate customers on product benefits and usage


• Grow and maintain your customer base


• Represent the Dekina Beauty brand with excellence


• Provide customer feedback and report sales insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or beauty product distribution


• A robust personal/professional network in the beauty/skincare industry


• Strong understanding of beauty and skincare products and trends


• Proven ability to close sales and build customer relationships


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Comfortable using social media to drive sales (bonus if you have existing influence).
