Job Description

• As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of all cooling and refrigeration systems at our facility.


• You will work independently and with the team to ensure all equipment runs efficiently, especially during high-demand seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Split Units, Window ACs, Standing ACs, Inverter ACs, and Central AC Systems


• Diagnose and repair all types of refrigerators and deep freezers (commercial and domestic)


• Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing


• Handle electrical wiring and refrigerant gas charging


• Identify faults quickly and implement effective repair strategies


• Ensure all systems comply with safety standards and operational efficiency


• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of spare parts


• Provide support during power outages and temperature-sensitive operations

Key Skills & Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FSLC / NCE / OND / HND.


• Minimum of 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in AC and refrigeration systems


• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems, compressors, thermostats, and refrigerants


• Ability to work independently and under pressure


• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills


• Basic understanding of electrical safety and wiring diagrams


• Physically fit and able to work in various environments


• Certification or trade test in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is an added advantage


• Must be ready to resume immediately.
