  • Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with leadership to anticipate talent needs, build hiring roadmaps, and align recruitment strategy with Sydani’s long-term goals.

  • Workforce Forecasting: Use current data and market trends to project hiring challenges, workforce gaps, and growth opportunities. Turn insights into actionable hiring plans.

  • Process Ownership & Optimization: Own and continuously refine the full-cycle recruitment process; streamlining systems, reducing friction, and ensuring excellence at every touchpoint.

  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Build dashboards, track key hiring metrics (like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel drop-off), and use analytics to guide strategies and report outcomes.

  • Data Analytics & Insights: Conduct and apply data analytics to identify bottlenecks, track sourcing effectiveness, and continuously improve recruitment performance.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a thought partner to our hiring managers, supporting role scoping, market benchmarking, and selection decisions with credibility and clarity.

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Embed inclusive hiring practices across the funnel, ensuring sourcing and selection processes are equitable and aligned with Sydani's values.
